Case 01
This 35 year old male presented to Greenberg Cosmetic Surgery concerned with the appearance of his chest. According to the patient, he was very uncomfortable wearing any fitted shirts because he felt that his chest ‘stuck out’ and that his areolae were enlarged and pointed in shape. Below are his pre-op and one year post-op photos. As you can tell, he has a much flatter and much more defined chest, and the cone shaped areolae that he once complained of is no longer a concern.
Case 02
This 29 year old male came to Greenberg Cosmetic Surgery concerned with what he called his ‘man boobs.’ As a very active young man, he stressed to Dr. Greenberg that he was uncomfortable taking his shirt off at the pool or beach because his chest was not only larger than his friends, but he felt that it was also very asymmetric with his right breast slightly larger and droopier than his left. When asked, the patient admitted to the use of steroids and marijuana in the past, both of which are substances known to cause gynecomastia.

This 40 year old male came to see Dr. Greenberg as he was unhappy with the appearance of his chest. He was very self-conscious about the projection of his chest and noted that he never takes his shirt off at the pool. Below are his pre-op and 6 month post-operative photos.

39 Year old Tom was unhappy with the way his chest looked in and out of a shirt. He had always been mocked by his older, more fit brother for his male breasts. The procedure was exactly what he needed to look and feel his best. Now he is so proud of his body and tells everyone about his weight loss and gynecomastia.

The happy couple walked down the aisle full of smiles and pride!
